Do it, No Matter What

Soon, I will be turning a year older…which means a new year for me. It is 6 months left on 2026 and a fresh set of 12 months to tackle many things on my list of things to accomplish.

I will have 24 weeks left on the year, which is can be split up into many different ways, for me it is 2 sets of 12 weeks, and man 12 weeks is a long time to stay consistent and keep track, to jot down how you are doing and progressing. But, I suppose if you can accomplish it at least once in your life, you will have a journal, chock full of notes that you will be able to pore over years down the road, It will make tackling those smaller 4-6 week cycles much more accomplishable, because you already did the big one.

I am talking about a training program, and other goals like reading books, getting to know people, making intentional time management, keeping a routine.

I do not plan to enter a bodybuilding or powerlifting competition, but I am strong naturally from years of manual labor and working out weekly, although it is random. I would like to see how strong I actually become from following a dedicated strength and conditioning program. We need to challenge ourselves, wo we can say “Wow! I actually did that”, to have that inner confidence in yourself that you can overcome and win.

I have much more to do other than following a regiment, but what will help me greatly to get all those done is having quality sleep daily, which is what is need to do right about now.
