Personal Derailment

It has been a good while since I have written on this blog. To be honest, I had an attempt and thought I made a pretty good post, to only somehow delete it, however I do not remember what it was trying to convey. Perhaps, it was a good thing that it was deleted. But, here I am wanting to talk about avoiding derailment on a personal level.

Now, I am probably not the person to be giving advice about avoiding derailment, which is just going off the tracks that we are trying to stay on in our lives, Most of us are trying to stay on the “good tracks” that lead to good habits and personal growth and not be stagnant with our lives.

Since my last post on finding the “Try” in life, I have had plenty of little wins, but I have also allowed myself to get disappointed, thus leading to bouts of needless rabbit=holing and self doubt. How do I avoid that deflection in the tracks that leads to derailment? By being vigilant about being consistent, holding firm to integrity and the desire to win those small battles everyday.

Improving is staying on those tracks that lead to small wins daily, wins that lead to big victories. My hope that in writing about trying to avoid personal derailment will give me a small accountability reminder to get better everyday.

Always make that choi e to persevere, always.
