How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Our phones have for many people (me included) become our means of disconnecting mentally, of easing the tension, perhaps in the same way alcohol does the same thing for those that drink. Too much of both are terribly bad for your health.

One of my reasons for committing to write on this blog everyday is that it forces me on my laptop and aways from my phone. Typing on a laptop is much more enjoyable than trying to type on the small screen of an smartphone. Hopefully, by the end of this, my phone will regress into what it should be, a tool for communication.

A tool has specific uses, sometimes they can be used for its unintended purpose to get a particular job done That is someting that I am working on.
