Enough time, yes.

Daily writing prompt
Do you need time?

When we are honest and frank with ourselves, we usually have enough time to get most things done, get most of our goals checked off, far too often we overestimate how much time it will take to get things done. Time management is far easier when you structure your life to prevent too many things that will add extra minutes into what you are trying to do.

For example, I have a leg workout tomorrow in the home gym, and walking lunges is the main movement, to save time, I will go in and make sure there is a clear lane for me to lunge across the room.it is the same as not having your desk piled with things that you have to move out of the way to journal, write or do Bible study.

Now, I will be a hypocrite if I did not admit that I have an addiction, to my phone and scrolling on my phone. It is my only real bad habit and it consumes so much time from me. Time that passes is irreversible, however, as many times as I hear myself telling me to “get off the damn phone”, there is another voice that is telling that it is okay to look a little longer. I need to listen to the former.

The way to successfully manage time is to do tasks that make you feel victorious, strive to have far more victories than defeats in how you manage your time and energy resources.

Strive for victory every morning and evening, bookend your days well.

I know I am continuously working on getting better at doing that.
