We all are familiar with that heaviness of heart when we carry weight of sins not confessed. A heaviness that could be lighter if we would simply stop carrying that burden alone and confess and give your mistakes to God.
When we weigh our hearts down it affects our outlook on life and it shows how others begin to perceive you.
